At Chirag.co, we are committed to providing high-quality website development, consulting, and mentorship services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled, in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request a cancellation of services by sending an email to us.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least [X] days before the agreed-upon service start date.
  • If work has already commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on the progress of the project.

2. Refund Policy

  • Website Development & Consulting Services: Refunds are not available once work has commenced. However, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Chirag.co based on the amount of work completed.
  • Mentorship Services: Fees for mentorship sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Digital Products or Downloads: No refunds will be issued for digital goods, templates, or resources purchased through the Website.

3. Compliance with Indian Law

  • This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian contract laws.
  • Refunds, if issued, will be processed as per the timelines mandated by Indian financial regulations.
  • If a service is not provided as promised, customers have the right to raise a dispute under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

4. Exceptions

  • If a service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full or partial refund may be issued.
  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to lack of communication, delayed responses, or change of mind after service commencement.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method, as per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
  • Chirag.co is not responsible for any delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, clients may first contact Chirag.co at hi@chirag.co for resolution.
  • If the issue is not resolved, disputes may be addressed under Indian arbitration laws or through the appropriate consumer forum.
